A Nurse’s Vision
for a Real Home

MD Care Adult Family Home is owned and operated by Meaza Damtew, RN, BSN — built on the belief that residents deserve to live with independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Licensed to serve up to six residents, MD Care moves away from the institutional model of senior living. In a home this size, care is personal by design — Meaza and her team work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to understand not just medical needs, but each resident’s preferences and daily routines.
