With a nursing background, MD Care Adult Family Home strives to provide attentive care tailored to each resident’s needs, preferences, and daily routines. The home is licensed to serve up to six residents, allowing for a personal and homelike setting — small enough that Meaza and her team know every resident by name, story, and routine.

At MD Care, the goal is to support residents in maintaining their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life — working collaboratively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and every member of the care team.
